I'm workin' on a technology news section, but probably not going to get through it this evening. Also trying to work the bugs out of the archiving function of blogger. Feel free to check out the tech section, but I didn't format the titles yet so it might be a little ugly for a little while. The other section I am planning to do in the near future is going to be a 'tutorials section' which I will dedicate solely to learning new web technology. Guess we'll see how that goes. If you have any suggestions for other possible sections please let me know.

Wow.....The site is taking off in leaps and bounds.....I found another wonderful service today.....newsisfree.com. With this service I can syndicate rss feeds from any site that offers them. What this means in english=More content.....up to date news on search engines, emerging technologies, and other breaking stories from around the world. The first news section that I will be doing will be dedicated solely to search engine news, but I plan to add different news sections in the future. You can check out the first version of the news section of my site here, until I get the link in the toolbar (which should be soon.) I think that's about it for today, but check out the news links, interesting stuff, and a great service!!

Well......the saga continues. I spent quite a while doing more research and development of the site today. I set up a text ad system that really seems to work nice. It is very similiar to blogsnob, being that it is a nice small text based ad, which are truely the wave of the future. Who is really enticed by big gawdy banners these days anyhow?? To be honest I think I've clicked on about 3 banner ads in my entire lifetime, and 2 of those were on accident. Anyhow.....the other updates to the site today were adding a permalink feature, and a blogrolling script which makes adding your blogs sooooo much more convenient....so if you'd like me to add you.....drop me a line, and I'll be happy to. I am considering adding news and editorials subdomains to the site soon also....just toying with the idea now, but I figure the more content the better to let you blogophiles out there know that I'm serious about this nonsense!! I'm looking into tools to add RSS streams to my site, and I think I found one, but haven't had an opportunity to explore it yet today. I'll let you know how it goes. If you're really bored.....check out my new site design for Zehnder's of Frankenmuth which hopefully I can get applied to the 200+ existing pages sometime in the near future.

This site is going to be hard work, but I can't do it without people that want to help.........Please link to my site, and help me build a knowledge base for people like you and me that want to make a living on the web and produce quality and informational websites at the same time. Blogs are the wave of the future and you are a part of it. I guess "YOU" are the fictional readers of this blog who probably do not exist yet. If you would like "YOU" to be more than just you and I, please help me to promote and build this site, so we can have a place to learn more from one another. I will be trying to update this site daily, and constantly adding improvements and new tools that I find in my searches. I guess I have no true inspirational words to convince you that this site is worth becoming a part of, but if you check back sometime, I promise that I will try my best to think of some.

Didn't have much time to work on the site today, I was bogged down by corporate monotony. I have been looking into learning php and mysql just to start working with dynamic page generation. I don't really have any big great ideas today I guess, but the gears are grinding as always. I am still working on the Body Therapy Alternative Healing. Today I signed the site up with Google's AdWords Select, which I"m hoping will help generate the site some much needed traffic. I am hoping to get Body Therapy's site near the top or at the top of Google's free listing for the keyword colon cleansing, but for the time being we will settle for the paid listing. If you read this site, please link to www.bodytherapy4u.com with the text words 'colon cleansing' Hey....and if you're here also....SIGN THE MESSAGE BOARD, or at the very least....the tag board! Thank you and goodnight.

Hmmm....I just spent about twenty minutes trying to figure out a javascript error I was getting on my page. I am hoping that the reason is because of the enetation website being down, because I can't seem to see view it right now. While I am somewhat relieved that it isn't my coding, (I have waaaaay to much javascript on my site.), I was a little disappointed to see that enetation was down. The upside to this, was finding a new feature in dreamweaver which shows you the number of the line of code you are on. This is a VERY useful feature for those of us who have spent counting and re-counting lines in notepad to troubleshoot a script. Anyhow, just thought I'd leave a post about my minor disappointment and setback. Another one I had was that Blogrolling is no longer taking new sites until they upgrade. Please go to their site, and e-mail them and tell them us newbies really want to use their service. I tried e-mailing them, but got no response as of yet.

I implemented a RSS feed on my site, via the Blogger services. I first did it through a little script via Voidstar which works very well if you don't have Blogger Pro. I am constantly amazed by these emerging technologies that make websites more productive and informational. At the risk of blowing my own horn, I am very happy with the progress I am making on this site. There is more content by the day, and as soon as I get an acceptable level of information, I will concentrate my efforts on getting people to share this information with me and really build a community atmosphere.
